Welcome to our two new team members...

  • Mathan Sivavel – 1.0 FTE EPAM FE dev (will be working in UI-USERS, UI-INVENTORY and UI-REQUESTS JEST tests to start)
  • Adesh Singh – 1.0 FTE EPAM BE dev (will be working on MOD-INVENTORY Karate tests to start)

Plans for this sprint

  1. Work on any new P1/P2 bug fixes that are reported.
  2. Finish JIRA tickets carried over from Sprint 124.
  3. Work on critical "tech debt" issues (such as testing).

Features included in Kiwi (R3 2021) release

  • UXPROD-3050 (Inventory. UI improvements of record header (Instance, Holdings, Item))
  • UXPROD-2855 (FE: Display Bound with in the UI (Instance, holdings, item))
  • UXPROD-3046 (FE: Migrate to Elastic Search)
  • UXPROD-3271 (NFR: Look up instance plug-in. Swap from search tool PostgreSQL to Elasticsearch)

Other issues/work to complete

Plans for the Lotus (R1 2022) release

  1. Fix critical bugs.
  2. Address "Tech debt" (such as testing).

  • UXPROD-1892 (Instance: Add related instances data element) – POSTPONED FROM KIWI DUE TO UXPROD-3046!

  • UXPROD-2867 (Add Administrative note to Instance, Holdings, and Items) – SMALL AMOUNT OF WORK!
  • UXPROD-3080 (Edit. Analytical records; bound with - part 2: link multiple bibs to the same item) – IF WE CAN FIT IT IN!
  • UXPROD-491 (Result list. Long term solution. Implement Refined UX-design for Inventory - hierarchical navigation structure (Instance, Holdings, Item)) – IF WE CAN FIT IT IN!  DOESN'T HAVE FIX VERSION RIGHT NOW!
