POC estimation approach (not Spikes)

Each POC is by default estimated for 3 points. If the work is complex, we try to split it into smaller parts, if not possible then we assign 5 point.   If  the POC turns out to be more complex as expected - the team discusses it and creates additional JIRAs as needed.
