40 | ECS Documentation section of Consortia SIG pages: Consortial Ticket Review
| Dennis | Dennis Suggests Consortia implementers topics page with table of topics, instead of current (not much used) Consortia topics parking lot page. Will be a better systematic way to proceed/discuss/create Jira. Any Jira that gets made will have link on this page, and will have a label “Consortia SIG topic” for easy identification/better visibility. Topics with Closed status (and that is the status of the discussion, not the Jira ticket) can be moved to the Archive subpage Parking lot can be for general topics, things to start working on. There is also the Consortia-related FOLIO Jira Tickets page. This was hand-created as an attempt to keep track of Jira tickets. Pulled from Jira tickets and grouped by domain. We’ve got a bunch of different views in a bunch of different places. Description at the top of the page of what it is and how it was generated, and to ask folks to use labels in Jira. Need a tagging project so the pages don't have to be keyword searches? Feature documentation is in ECS Documentation section too, in requirements section. ments section. We can discuss if that’s the best way to organize the wiki documentation.
Ticket review: Do we need the Consortia label for some of these? If any question, leave it on and decide later. |
5 | Outstanding Issues/Announcements/Quick topics
| All | Dennis: okapi version testing is not complete. Eureka testing is farther along, but also not quite done. There’s also ECS and non-ECS to test, so 4 instead of the 1 there used to be. So lots more tests than previously, need more folks to please test. |
