Hoping for more results. Results so far are here: Consortia SIG 2024 Survey - Google Forms

It's open until end of August.  Multiple responses from any single consortium are good. Lucy will repost to the ICOLC list and make sure it actually got posted to the FOLIO Members list since nobody can remember seeing it via that list. It's also posted in the folio-general slack channel and Lucy will repost there as well. 

We will review the current list and talk about how to clean it up and next steps.

Consortial Reporting Needs - Consortia SIG - FOLIO Wiki (atlassian.net)

EBSCO is asking what our reporting needs are. We reviewed this in January 2024.  Someone at EBSCO will review our list, then we can discuss, and set up a meeting with Reporting SIG.

Noah: We don't have a liaison to the Reporting SIG.  How can we move our list forward, work with them? Our needs cross lots of areas. We need to develop a strategy to move this forward.

Bernd: Is the idea that these reports should be developed for Metadb? How does that work with consortia?

Lucy: Not all consortia use it, and rely on in app reporting or Lists app, or outside reporting apps (Panorama)

Sean will reach out initially.

Do we need liaisons to many SIGs? Noah suggests we focus on having them for whatever projects we're currently working on, not try to cover all SIGs.

Bernd suggests starting with cross tenant reporting since those are most important for consortia.

Does anyone remember why the first two are on the list?

No one knows about them. Bernd says they were added in 2018!  Time to remove them.
