2024 Goals

 

What do we want to do as a SIG in 2024?

  • alter from last time:

    • Research how and why a library might move from a single tenant to multi-tenant environment enabled by ECS functionality

      • How to migrate from single to multi-tenant?

      • Pros & Cons of single vs multi?

 

Want to set priorities and timelines, and have these columns in the list

As a first step of a gap list, we should create a list of needs for a consortium. We have some, Noah will look for it, and we should revisit.

We should create a new one, add if it can be done in single-tenant, multi-tenant, ECS. Should be updated for each release

Addition : next steps on Consortial Reporting Needs list (now that we have the list, how do we move forward?)

Still work in progress

EBSCO is working on their sandbox/pre-development environment with a soft-kick-off next week.

  • Will be bringing in SMEs to the environment once implemented to gain feedback

  • Waiting on MOBIUS implementation for some functionality/next steps
