Purpose:

With the existing permissions, we are unable to make it so a user can view/export data but not edit the Consortia settings. New permissions are needed to let a user just view Consortia settings and not be able to edit. 

Need a new permission(s) to be able to view all the Consortia settings and not be able to edit the settings.

Examples:

ui-consortia-settings.consortium-manager.view
ui-consortia-settings.settings.membership.view
ui-consortia-settings.settings.networkOrdering.view

These three permissions have ‘module.consortia-settings.enabled’ as a subpermission. The ‘module.consortia-settings.enabled’ permission has ‘folio_admin’ as a subpermission which is not acceptable for a read only user.

Scenarios:

1. Add specific permissions for view consortia settings:

   • Given user has Permissions "Settings (Consortia): View settings"

   • When user navigates to settings>Consortia

   • Then user is able to select all sub headings and view details in the details view

   • AND user IS NOT able to carry out any create, update or delete actions
