(ECS) "Permission sets" tab is shown in "Consortium manager" → "Users"

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log into evrk2 ECS Central tenant ( )

  2. Go to “Settings“ → “Consortium manager“

  3. Check available tabs in the second pane

Expected result: "Permission sets" tab is absent (there are no permissions or permission sets on Eureka environments).

Actual result: "Permission sets" tab is shown and can be opened

I have assigned this to Thunderjet and we will work on implementing for Ramsons. I don’t see this as critical for Q release as LOC phase 1 is a “hybrid” environment. If you feel otherwise please let me know. thx!

This should be discussed with Thunderjet. is this something you guys can take on? I know you’re working on role mgmt for consortia… Essentially I think this just needs to be surrounded with an IfInterface.
