Consortia manager - Duplicate authorization role

Purpose: Consortium managers need to manage system roles at a high level, they need the ability to efficiently manage the creating and updating of roles for and on behalf of members of the system.

User story statement(s):

As an authorized consortium administrator working within the central consortium tenant,
I want to manage authorization roles centrally for the entire system
so that I can more effectively support member tenants in managing the capability of their users and the things they are able to do in the system

Scenarios:

1. Display actions menu:

   • Given a staff user is working in Consortium manager and viewing Authorization roles

   • When a role has been selected

   • Then action menu is shown in top right

   • AND menu contains following actions

     • Edit

     • Duplicate

     • Delete

   • AND if user is viewing central tenant roles

   • Then menu also contains “Share to all” action

2. Duplicate Authorization role consortia manager

   • Given a staff user is working in Consortium manager and viewing Authorization roles

   • AND a role has been selected

   • When user clicks Duplicate

   • Then a new role is created

   • AND the Name of the new role has been appended with “(duplicate) - <<Date:time>>”

   • AND it has identical capabilities

   • AND it has NO users assigned
