- Simeon re the Cost Review Group page: I like this proposal. Should there be a specific goals for "periodic" review of user permissions and the timeline of reporting on the budget?
- User permissions:
- Mark Veksler : align with flower releases. Less frequent can be a security risk if someone rolls off the project. Shouldn't take long.
- Group agrees.
- Budget reporting:
- Mark Veksler set annual budget at start of FY. Submit to CC for approval. Review in alignment with flower releases.
- Change 'review" to "set" the budgets, budget alerts, etc. annually.
- Kitfox reports on actual AWS costs after every sprint (2w). Report maybe monthly on their portion? If Peter Murray
turned it into the overall report.

Today:
- Mark Veksler do the simplest possible. Kitfox reports costs at sprint review. Maybe monthly report the actuals vs. budget.
- Peter Murray Invoice arrives on 2nd or 3rd of month.
- Maccabee Levine how do we add value to Paula's numbers?
- Peter Murray context: why did it increase or drop from previous month? Trend line of individual services. If it looks weird, looking deeper at why. Should be easily generated into a spreadsheet.
- Mark Veksler Ask Paula at what frequency she wants updates?
- Peter Murray will update budget page to parallel ACRG page.
New environment
- Reporting to CC since ACRG doesn't exist yet?
- Be prepared if there is a question from CC.
