  • Poppy release update
    • Poppy Bugfix deadline is December 8th. Any P1s/P2s? Please inform the Release Management Stakeholder Group. Lets minimize releasing CSPs. 
    • Refresh Token Rotation feature moved to "Q" release. Require more frontend work and testing.
      • How does this impact upgrades with backend modules released with RTR but disabled? Confirm with Steve Ellis and Zak_Burke and ask them to update Poppy Release notes regarding this change. 
      • Post message to RTR /Implementers/Sys OPs slack channels
    • Circulation (PO validation) status > Functionality works. Performance is bad. Khalilah Gambrell  - follow up with PTF team. 
    • Lists app (Beta) for Poppy release as team needs to resolve performance issues. 
    • ECS Bugfest status 
    • Release notes - Please update if needed. Especially any known issues and/or limitations (i.e. file size limit, query limits) 
    • Poppy Features - All features should be in the state of In Review OR Closed
