there is a good case for an admin user that has all user-assignable permissions but not the "special" non-use-assignable permissions that make diku_admin unusual/overpowered, even as a "power" account.

• @Charlotte Whitt : Inform Support SIG to at mention Product owners and not developers who are not responsible for backlog prioritization

• @Khalilah Gambrell : Ask @Oleksii Petrenko to update module responsibility matrix with scrummasters so that the Support SIG does not contact developers. 

• @Ann-Marie Breaux (Deactivated) or @Anne Ekblad (Deactivated) provide Charlotte/Support SIG WOLFCon recording and ppt related to how a person should submit a support issue.
