Is Dematic EMS out of scope at all? Otherwise, will it be enough to report those errors only which happen on the FOLIO side (e.g., item id is not found)?
Yes, EMS is in scope. What info/details can we get? Steph will set up call. (really this time)
Is it possible to build a common data model for error records that will cover all known error types and Remote Storage Management systems? (note - if so then normalized relational data structure fits needs the best)

What is the maximum required period of error log data storing before deleting or archiving?
Annual reports required so at least 12 months
Is email option in scope?
Nice to have, but not necessary right away

Notification for less frequent reports would be nice, no notifications for frequent reports
