  • Accession table Dematic? 

    • EMS would need API or read only SQL access

      • Cost vs benefit for these reports

    • StagingDirector sends Sierra messages that accession fails - message log, oracle database

  • When a report is needed

    • Duke (CaiaSoft)  gets reports delivered based on accession runs that happen each day based on error log - sent from table in between ILS and CaiaSoft

    • Cornell (Caiasoft) same as Duke - comparison of data coming from basic inventory from ILS and Storage system

    • GVSU(StagingDirector) needs to know about failed accessions

    • Chicago doesn’t need accession exception reports

  • Ask Raman to review data flow diagram

  • Steph will start configuration stories/mockups
