Kiwi (R3 2021) Bugfest environment preparation plan

Hi @Oleksii Petrenkoand @Anton Emelianov (Deactivated) We should probably add a step - after the migration from previous version to new version, reset the default MARC Bib-to-Instance mapping rules (hit PUT on /mapping-rules/{recordType}/restore). That way, Bugfest will reflect any changes that were made to the default rules since the last release. See Notes on Customizing Default MARC-Inventory Maps and Release Updates for more info.
