January 4	Diane Bruxvoort from the University of Aberdeen?	Tamir will verify; Tamir reached out to Mark (U of Glasgow) but couldn't until after Jan. 10; Diane is interested but Jan. 4 could be questionable If Vince (FOLIO architecture) can be ready to go for Jan 4, that's a possibility; or we might consider moving to Jan 11 (while keeping other dates as is); Tamir will talk with Vince Tamir will touch base with Mark and Diana to cement a date, either Mar 1 or Jan 4
January 18	Protio.io	Will be done by Filip
February 1	Community Developers: Onboarding & Initial Experiences	moved from Jan. 4. Holly thinks this time will work.
February 15	Follow-up panel from Charleston	Mike will verify dates; this is a go; Doreen will host

March 15	FOLIO Roadmap update (Harry Kaplanian)	This can be an opportunity to engage with the community. May want to follow up closer to the date. We could also have a slide with where the FOLIO communication tools exist.

We'll revisit focus groups with Jacob at another time
Ken Chad: he might be able to be involved at another time, in another role; target spring, ER&L possibly for F2F with Ken?

Conferences

All 3 panels for ER&L accepted; Kristin is on panel for kabalog but may not be able to attend; Mike will touch base with her

Deadlines for conferences are coming up; Tamir noted he is keeping an eye on things and looking for opportunities for FOLIO (e.g. conference in Canada accepted)

Membership draft

Commitment of one year should be clarified

Want to have participation from EU

Emphasize contact info for someone to participate who is not already involved in the project

Not a developer? Not a problem! We're desperate for engagement by developers and the community

Post facilitators email list as contact info

Anyone is welcome to attend the facilitator meeting; no need to be a formal member; come to observe, provide suggestions, test the water to see if you'd like to become a facilitator
