Debrief on Forum: FOLIO Roadmap

Review of upcoming Forums and future topics in Idea Bank to plan future Forums

Today's forum debrief

This could be repeated. Harry thinking maybe every 2 months. Suggest every 3 months to keep with quarterly cycle. This could be scheduled for mid-end of March. Future forums may be more interactive and have more demo of pieces of project. May also create vignettes of code on YouTube or other places to show the work done to date. That could occur outside the forum. There were a lot of questions that came out during the forum. It got a little confusing. Is there an easier way to manage? Prioritization was helpful since it separated out the technical issues from topical questions. Back channel helped to relate questions together. There were some technical sound issues, but they seemed to be related to specific people. May want to have stock answers to get through the list more quickly.
