Demo at RM SIG (May 7, 2021) by Kristen, no critical feedback.
Owen Stephens suggested using agreement periods as reporting periods for cost per use, but the initial draft  (subscription periods/fallback fiscal years) is also a valid option and better connected to financial data.

Progress in setting up new modules.

Call with K-Int team about coordinating efforts, esp. about matching titles from COUNTER reports to KB titles. K-Int is also working on matching for updating KB items without loading all items, shared code about querying and matching titles.K-Int will make small changes to the API that will make development easier.

Testing folder in G-Drive as a subfolder to the group folder, initially for developers to get starting.
Kristen started with Springer (Leipzig COUNTER data from test system and title list from website).

Save data to Google drive to reload when needed:

• COUNTER (delete references to institution, change some data etc.)
• KBART

Load into test system when devs are ready (another 1-2 weeks, probably)

Next steps:

• Kristen will create folder structure for test cases to add data into.
• Group will add data.
