- walking through a renewal from an orders/invoices/agreement perspective
- maintaining changes in title lists year over year
- all questions and topics for the ERM implementers meeting can be posted on this confluence page: https://folio-org.atlassian.net/wiki/x/SABS

Minutes
Development progress - ERM Sprint 125
- developing for Lotus release
- after bugfest there may be work to do on Kiwi bugs
- currently a lot of work focused on frontend testing: automated tests being implemented
- improvements to the Dashboard
- entitlement log: list of resources a library has access to; e.g. German union catalogue (GBV) is a target; discovery services might be another target
Discuss homework: the View > Edit wokflow and accordion UX (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1OzaP5bfQYdtOK17IMsHRMsChf59tInDcVfYug74tGLQ)
- The View → Edit workflow
- Question 1
- seems to be useful, but more feedback would be great
- would be different to editing the agreement line; that is opened as a separate display
- sorting in edit and view screen is discussed; users would like the lists, e.g. AGLs, to not sort differently everytime
- optimistic locking is an issue; when users work on a record at the same time, changes of one user will be saved away
- do we need a separate edit for the agreement line accordion in addition to the proposed improved editing of the whole record
- those are different patterns
- would be useful for the PCI edit, such as set suppress flag;
- and access start and end date, but that is managed by the external source and cannot be edited
- Owen: what other use cases do users have for edits to a list of things without needing to go to each item separately?
- Sara: items in Inventory
- Kristin: anything in Inventory
- Sara: PO with multiple POLs might become an issue; same maybe for invoice lines on invoices
- anything with multiple lines
- Question 4
- Jack: you do not necessarily know that there is a note; would be great if users could see that there are X number of notes and their titles
- Owen: would users want another set of records within an accordion
- or would users want to see them any time; even when scrolling up and down
- Jack: seeing them in accordion would be sufficient
- comment in chat by Felix: I find it confusing that the accordions are closed when you have saved it.; this is an issue especially on the agreement lines; user changes one, saves and then has to open the accordion again
- Gill: maybe the default could be changed again; will be revisited; ought to be configurable
2. Visibility of accordion options
- Question 1
- Sara: likes the idea of seeing the buttons when accrodions are collapsed, in contrast to Martina S. and Jack who made comments in the document
3. Managing multiple actions for an accordion
- Question 1
- users like to see the options; so not hidden behind action menu or appearing when hovering over
- Sara in chat: I don't like the mix of buttons and icons. Better one or the other--and I prefer button
- Jack: pencil icon → user woud need to know that the pencil is the icon for edit
- Sara: if adding a note (Notes Helper App): from the view screen users can only edit; if they are on the note, they can delete as well
- Martina S.: too many buttons can clutter the display, not in favor of that option
The suggestions and options will be presented to the POs after this meeting.

Owen, has this endpoint been added to the ERM Open API specification already?
I'm eager to test it.
Thanks!
Super helpful
