ItemNotes
Development update

Backend matching module is up- and running, Adma is doing tests on matching on the backend.
Index data is working in the user interface that will expose this matching.
Real world test data will now become more relevant for the developers.

Julian Ladisch is helping out with some environments elements, e.g. testing scratch environment. The system might be available next week
Annika: Important to get the harvester module version with Tinos integration of optional attributes for YOP reports. The feature is newer than Iris, but is available on snapshot.

Testing update

Kristen wants to check in with everyone on process of collecting test data.
Nobody who is actually collecting data is on the call today.

When people are done with collecting their data sets, they can message Kristen in the slack channel, so that she can check if anything is missing.

Index Data developers are interested in what might be the largest report that has publication dates (YOP) in it.
Does anybody have an example, maybe Ebsco host, pro quest etc.?
→ Annika will ask the team in Leipzig, Kristen will ask Jessica from Chicago.

The matching and reporting will only support Counter 5 reports. Counter 4 will become more and more obsolete and data is not comparable between releases, due to changes in the metrics.

Annika: Test data collection might become problematic for older reporting periods, because R5 is supported only from January 2019.
→ Might have to mock data to be able to test the behaviour for multiple year reporting periods.
