The Working Group Meeting held on September 19, 2024, focused on preparations for the upcoming Wolfcon, discussing both logistical arrangements and session planning. The group agreed to a hybrid format for the Wolfcon session, with Thomas tasked to create slides and explore the reading room circulation concept. Further discussions included developing additional slips for reading room functionalities, standardizing workflows, and customizing slip layouts, including the potential for printing by shelving location. The need for return receipts, especially for German libraries, was acknowledged, alongside considerations for accessibility in advanced layout options. Action items were assigned to Thomas, who will prepare necessary materials and mock-ups for the next meeting on October 3.
