 Overview

The Working Group Discussion Meeting focused on enhancing the request form and main page for Reading Room Circulation Requests, with key agreements to add a checkbox for such requests and implement a Yes/No filter on the main page. The meeting also addressed the circulation log, particularly how to capture request closures and manage statistics related to multiple check-outs associated with a single request. Furthermore, members deliberated on reporting and data analysis, deciding to investigate how to differentiate between loan types in future statistical reports.

The “Reading room circulation request” option was added under the Request section. this is due to the way FOLIO is loading the information on this screen. IE it will not know if the box should be checked until the User and Item combination have been entered.
