Base permissions for User Management App

• Reviewed user permissions document

• Focused on permissions needed (column A on User App Permissions Tab)

• Notes from discussion in same worksheet

• Also began walking through the user metadata doc and noting which fields were basic vs advanced for the purposes of view only - notes in document (Restriction Level View column)

• Discussions tabled for later:

  • Ability to impersonate a user within FOLIO

  • Protection of edited records/fields from overwrite by feed

  • PIN numbers - permissions, how are they reset etc? Would want to have a security discussion with the right people in attendance

• Agreed the conversation needs to continue for at least another meeting - need to coordinate with the RA folks to see if they can join
