9:00	Introductions	Alan	Everyone introduced themselves.
9:10	Review Charge	Alan	Paragraph in middle of charge is key. Made several updates to "Areas of concern." Added "run book" as a long-term deliverable. "Areas of concern" starting to look like the contents of a run book.
9:20	What should we tackle first?	Alan	Do we need to create diagrams for ourselves? Assign these out or work on as a team? Documentation developed thus far has been geared towards developers Is someone on dev team already working on this? We need to check around. How about basic documentation: here is a recipe for setting up FOLIO in Amazon Cloud and how to keep it up to date and here is recipe for your own server. Having Wayne on the call would be a big help–we need to have someone who knows what the dev team is doing. Find out the top 3 deployment environments before we start documenting how to deploy FOLIO.
9:50	When will we meet?	Alan	Start with monthly, but allow for ad hoc as needed.

Action items

@Alan McCarty will talk to Wayne about his role as liaison between this SIG and the dev group–we want to make sure that we don't duplicate effort or overlook anything.

@Alan McCarty will also find out from Wayne what documentation is out there.

@Alan McCarty will chat with Wayne about doing an installation demo for a subsequent meeting
