eHoldings app: Key Objectives
- Integration of a Knowledge Base API into FOLIO using an open source OKAPI connector module.
Build a POC eHoldings app initially powered by the EBSCO Knowledge Base API via OKAPI, and will be flexible enough to integrate with any e-resource Knowledge Base API.
- eHoldings' app UI is an open source Stripes based user interface that leverages Filip's UI patterns
- Produce simple UI components for manipulating KB-based objects like packages and titles-in-packages that can be used in other FOLIO apps, such as Codex ‘search’ UI, Acquisitions, etc.
eHoldings app: Expected Features/Functionality
- This eHoldings app will support basic holdings management capabilities such as search vendors/packages/titles, access vendor/package/title details, select packages/titles, and set custom coverage dates, etc.
