Migration needed to correct call-number shelving order that is used for call-number browse:

• recalculate based on call-number type specified in a record

1 step of script is needed only if upgrade is done from Orchid. No need to run it again if environment was previously upgraded to Poppy/CSP and step 1 has already been ran.

2 step, including step 2 precondition scripts, is needed in any upgrade case. So if upgrade is done from Orchid or Poppy or Poppy CSP1/2 - Step 2 is required
