Note:  Barcode is not required in Fast Add but is required for courses.

Agreed that we do not need to require separate Fast Add from Courses default settings.  

Also that we would like a note in the fast add record -but that fast add functionality and should be addressed there. 

Folks agreed Fast Add for Courses, as is, should be released in Iris - we might request additional features later

Create "Action" menu
