Note, it is NOT recommended to configure both the Live and Test GOKB for a single tenant - this will result in data duplication. For any given tenant you should select to configure only one of these. The same advice applies to changing which GOKB is configured - data is not removed from the Local KB when an External data source is edited or deleted, so for live systems it is recommended that only the live GOKB is added. The test GOKB should only ever be configured on test or sandbox systems.
You may also see a “LOCAL” data source in these settings. The “LOCAL” data source will be automatically created after the initial upload of JSON/KBART import files, or if a synchronization from LAS:eR takes place.
