Did another test migration, to our test environment.  Forgot to warn ID/metadb we were doing it, and our db was not happy, and SRS was dropping connection to the database many many times. Should have suspended the replica for metadb, doh!

An existing partner is bringing their Law School in to FOLIO.  Existing reference data to deal with, deduping instances, shouldn’t be too much overlap. Will have to deal with optimistic locking.  They have a feed from University IT for users, will add Law users.  Negotiations!  Law School will have separate EDS from main campus.

Doesn’t have to be too technical, probably not the right audience, most folks use a vendor.  Maybe a high level migration session.  Multiple sources vs one source.  Matching up IDs, thinking about reference data.

High level guidance on how to set up database, resourcing, settings, best practices, Kafka, Elasticsearch (SysOps might run with this one).
