2023-02-06 - Data Migration Subgroup Agenda and Notes

• Jeremy (Stanford): upgraded to Nolana on our -dev instance.  Had some issues with FOLIO Migration Tools, but now able to load inventory. Can’t index?! Next will install Nolana on -test and load data, then users can try it out on the version we’re going live with.
• Jeffrey (Duke): doing loans and orders. Loans that are noncirc but got overridden, how to get those loaded (override, or switch to loanable policy, load, then back). (IndexData uses an override)
  • Going to do closed orders first.  And paid invoices.  Invoice needs the orders in order to be created. Going to load orders, then “ask” if there’s an invoice to go with them and load it.

Currently their ISO office is evaluating FOLIO.  Once they approve, they’ll make plans to go to FOLIO!
