Task 4.1 Add publication pattern with omissions
Some publications have a general pattern (e.g. daily publication) but omit some issues (e.g. not published on Christmas Day). To support this type of pattern it is possible to define omissions - that is rules for issues that are omitted from the publication schedule - in the publication pattern.
The steps in this task are detailed and so can be followed without necessarily a full understanding of the functionality. However, you may wish to consult the documentation to get a fuller understanding of the steps involved.

The preview should show one years worth of issues starting on the date you specified. Each issue should be listed with a publication date and a display label in the form
Monday, 1st Jan 2024
. The issue that would be published on 25th December should be shown asOmitted
(this line should be marked clearly in the list of predicted pieces)
There are many options for specifying omissions and you can specify multiple omission rules in a single publication pattern. Experiment with different options for specifying omissions for different publication frequencies.
