- Libraries that are live on Folio currently protect fields by managing individual records manually.
- This feature should protect the records once and it would continue to do so until it's deactivated by staff.
- Should this feature flag an entire user record, or just specific fields? SIG favors protection of entire user record at this time.
- This feature should have permissions to assign to staff, and not just be available to all users.
- If an entire user record is frozen, then the user import can't update it. Staff can update the record manually.
