Transfer Criteria

The attached document contains a sample set of transfer criteria (Quesnelia) that generated the expected output file of student fine/fee accounts for transfer to the Bursar or similar. Once run, the fine/fee status in the User account changes to Transferred Fully. If the user was blocked for exceeding a fine/fee limit, the block is removed after the transfer occurs.

Using the Newline (CR LF) value for Microsoft OS is essential for separating data elements with a carriage return and line feed to make the output more readable. Use Newline (LF) for Unix or Mac OS.
