• Checkout Fail notice if item is on Hold for another patron

• Multiple modals for different situation, or one or a few blanket modals?

• A block should not prevent the patron from picking up their hold from a different location

• Should a routing prompt appear in conjunction with a checkout block

• Specific messages for specific situations, or one common language block

• What message should come up at checkin only and checkout only, or should all information come up in both situations.

• Shortened due dates for items with multiple patrons in the que

• Discussion of preferred language. Should action be stated first, followed by reason?
