Optimistic locking workarounds

Lisa: we need to bring this up everywhere so there is more visibility. Be the squeaky wheel and hope resources are allocated to it.

Migration status/checkin

• Preceding and succeeding titles.  Duke hasn’t had a request to do that yet.  Stanford is trying to use EBSCO tools, which use ISSN in the tags, but Stanford doesn’t have that data in most of their tags.  We have LC and OCLC numbers it looks like. We’ll have to do lookups ourselves and provide the data to the api endpoint (mod-inventory-storage/instance-preceding-succeeding-titles) to get it linked up.
