  • Agenda topics for April 13

    • Updates from the councils

      • Announce decision regarding terminology

    • Evaluation Process for new FOLIO Features

      • Working group will meet twice prior to this meeting

      • Kristin can make a presentation for sharing

      • Goal is to share the process between the three councils

        • Functionality from PC

        • Technical review from TC

        • MOU and community engagement from CC

    • Elections? Maybe not much more to say on this topic. Can encourage people to run if they are interested. Election process and requirements for office will be similar to last year

    • Possibly for the future: TC has a subgroup review evaluation process - could include in the overall evaluation process discussion

  • Terminology: For review at the individual councils
