• Eureka is working on documentation, wiki page with sidecar info has been published

• Additional docs coming soon

• Early adopter program with Cornell, NLA and some of the German libraries to start working with Eureka. 2 hosted by FSE so feedback can come from end users as well as documentation (managing users/roles), for German libraries feedback will be more sysops focused, they will try to reuse Kitfox work to see if they can get Eureka up and running, and then contribute to sysops documentation

• The app interaction sig has a couple conversations and have a page of questions, AI Sig unsure how best to participate and be involved in Eureka conversation, looking for some guidance 2024-10-07 Meeting notes: Application Formalization Questions

• Agreed to ask to focus the January tri-council meeting on Eureka

  • hope to get affirmation of Eureka then and hope to have RFC complete
