Purpose:

User story statement(s):

As a staff member processing inn-reach item hold requests,
I want the item barcode field in the “check out to borrowing site” mode screen to be cleared and retain focus when an item is successfully checked out,
so that I can enter barcodes for additional items without deleting the previously entered barcode

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:

   • Given the staff member is in the “check out to borrowing site” screen

   • When the staff member entered a barcode and clicks “enter” (or “enter” sent from keyboard) and the item is successfully checked out

   • Then reset the “scan or enter item barcode” field to empty, and retain focus

2. Scenario:

   • Given the staff member is in the “check out to borrowing site” screen

   • When the staff member entered a barcode and clicks “enter” (or “enter” sent from keyboard) and the item is not successfully checked out

   • Then the entered barcode remains in the “scan or enter item barcode” field and the field retains focus and the barcode text is selected
