   • Given the proxy relationship Expiration date for Sponsor S in the "Or sponsor"/"Or acting as proxy for" section of the Proxy modal pop up

   • When today or in the past

   • Then Sponsor S should be greyed out and not select-able, as shown in the attached wireframe
