"Request too long" report does not include PATRON_HOLD transactions without updatedDate

Description

Overview:

When generating reports in UI-INN-Reach, transactions that have not been modified since their creation (eg. Patron Holds in status "PATRON_HOLD") are excluded from the report no matter the conditions. They should be included. It appears that the query used to generate this report is only checking for an updatedDate less than the indicated period. This is a problem.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a new patron hold record in Volaris scratch environment

  2. Try to run the "Request too long report" with "0" as the value

Expected Results:

Report is generated with information for the newly-created patron hold

Actual Results:

Error toast saying no transactions found

Yesterday demo the ticket to   and he has agreed to the fix and can be marked verified hence moving the ticket to done state.

i tested the download a few times and then moved onto identifying transaction with a status of PATRON_HOLD with an unknown updated date. I was unable to reproduce the results you have in your above recordings Not sure what happened.

Happy to try again or we can stay after the standup tomorrow to walk through.

The changes are deployed on new rancher environments.

However, BE changes are deployed on new rancher 2 only. Hence, the demonstration is recorded on new rancher 2.
