INN-Reach: FOLIO to INN-Reach locations mapping configuration not displaying properly

Description

Overview:

In GVSU's production environment, the FOLIO to INN-Reach location configuration appears incomplete when you load the settings screen to view or update. Mapped locations are not appearing in the menus. All mappings can be retrieved via API, but it requires setting limit other than the default.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into GVSU's production tenant

  2. Visit Settings > INN-Reach > Record contribution > FOLIO to INN-Reach locations

Expected Results:

The full list of configured mappings is fully displayed, with the INN-Reach locations mapped to each FOLIO location when applicable.

This needs to be deployed along with a few other fixes to GVSU. I believe it's an independent INN-Reach module release but I do not know if that is 2.0.3 or...?
