INN-Reach: Material to item type mapping settings not displaying correctly

Description

Overview:

In GVSU's production environment, the material to item type mapping configuration appears incomplete when you load the settings screen to view or update. There are 23 material types to be mapped, but only 22 records are displayed and only 9 of them show their configured mapping. All mappings can be retrieved via API, but it requires setting limit other than the default.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into GVSU's production tenant

  2. Visit Settings > INN-Reach > Record contribution > Material to item type mappings

Expected Results:

The full list of configured mappings is fully displayed, with the proper central item types selected for each FOLIO material type.

Confirmed that all defined material types are displaying in the material to item type mappings.
