Permissions: Mediated requests

Mediated requests: All permissions

This permission allows the user all Mediated request functions.

Mediated requests: View

This permission allows the user to search and view Mediated requests.

Mediated requests: View, create, edit

This permission allows the user to view, create, and edit new Mediated requests.

Note: Only Mediated requests with a Mediated request status of “New - Awaiting confirmation” can be edited in the Mediated requests UI.

Once a Request is confirmed, Users can Edit Primary requests in the Requests UI.

• Edit available on Primary Circulation request - Fields that can be edited: Expiration date, Fulfillment preference, Pickup location / Delivery address

Mediated requests: View, decline

This permission allows the user to view and decline existing Mediated requests.

Note: Only Mediated requests with a Mediated request status of “New - Awaiting confirmation” can be declined.

Mediated requests: View, confirm

This permission allows the user to Confirm Mediated requests.

Note: Only Mediated requests with a Mediated request status of “New - Awaiting confirmation” can be Confirmed.

Mediated requests: Confirm item arrival

This permission allows the user to use the Mediated requests Activities dropdown and take action to “Confirm item arrival”, a step in the Mediated requests workflow for some libraries; includes View

This permission allows the user to use the Mediated requests Activities dropdown and take action to “Send item in transit”, a step in the Mediated requests workflow for some libraries; includes View
