Decided to remove some epics, such as Testing, Migration tools, UX overhead, Operations, Performance, Reporting, etc.  These are tasks that will be completed and don't need to be prioritized.

Changed "needed by" drop-down options to be clearer

  • go-live
  • can wait until Fiscal year rollover
  • can wait - up to a quarter after go-live
  • can wait - up to 1 year
  • NOT NEEDED

Will add epics that don't have features so that everything is included.

Updated next steps:

    1. All UXPROD issues entered by COB June 13–PLANNED TO BE COMPLETED TODAY
    2. In meantime, Mark will work on format of spreadsheet for early implementers–FINAL COMMENTS GIVEN TO MARK TODAY
    3. This group will review spreadsheet Tuesday before PC meeting–MET ON JUNE 13
    4. Holly will create instructions for spreadsheet
    5. Cate will add UXPROD issues for epics that don't have features
    6. Show sample spreadsheet to Product Council on June 14
    7. This group walks through Cornell example at meeting on June 15
    8. Assign spreadsheet to one person at each early implementer site (PC person if available) on June 18
    9. Spreadsheet from early implementers due on June 22
    10. Then need to ask for estimates on any UXPROD without them and updates for UXPROD issues with old estimates
