Who needs what when and what is priority? We need to capture for each feature:

  • Institution
  • When needed as related to go-live date–have never as an option (need to know go-live date, but don't need to capture for each issue)–DON'T PAD DATE WITH TEST TIME

We will include post-v1 issues in this exercise, plus have option for adding features/functions not on Roadmap.

Will provide single spreadsheet with all features and columns for the handful of libraries side by side.  They will provide the drop dead must have date (with no padding for testing).

We need to get known missing issues in UXPROD ASAP:

  • In-App reports (Holly working with POs next week)–HOLLY MEETING WITH PRODUCT OWNERS AT 10AM TODAY
  • Any other reporting issues? (Holly working with Sharon)–HOLLY ADDED THESE YESTERDAY
  • Sys Ops & Mgt issues (Harry working with them)–FIRST ROUND IS IN & GETTING SYS OPS ISSUES IN TODAY
  • Consortia issues (Cate is importing these)–HAVE BEEN IMPORTED AND PRIORITIZED BY SIG

  • Next steps:
    1. All UXPROD issues entered by COB June 13
    2. In meantime, Mark will work on format of spreadsheet for early implementers
    3. This group will review spreadsheet Tuesday before PC meeting
    4. Show sample spreadsheet to Product Council on June 14
    5. This group walks through Cornell example at meeting on June 15
    6. Assign spreadsheet to one person at each early implementer site (PC person if available) on June 18
    7. Spreadsheet from early implementers due on June 22
    8. Then need to ask for estimates
