  1. PO works with SIG to see what is “missing” now.
    1. PO should talk with SIG convener to decide best approach.
  2. Need ongoing process as we test releases.
    1. Contact PO.
    2. PO evaluates and add item to UXPROD.
      1. May be part of an existing UXPROD issue.
      2. May be totally new feature/function—if one library will need to evaluate.
      3. May apply only to that institution due to state/country laws.
  3. We need a timeline so we can say v1 stops on this date because we need to start testing.
    1. What about each PO having a list of scenarios that are needed for v1 and will be tested in beta?
    2. What milestones need to be met in order to go live in summer 2019?

  • POs work with SIGs:
    • Who needs what when?  Are there v1 features that early implementers don’t need?  For example, transferring fees/fines to the bursar.  If institution needs feature, they should update the UXPROD JIRA issue [<organization> needs by <date>], keeping in mind date doesn’t need to be Day 1 for everything.
    • Is there anything missing from v1 that early implementers need?  For example, cataloging app.  PO will document these features in UXPROD [<organization> needs by <date>], keeping in mind date doesn’t need to be Day 1 for everything.
    • What’s missing from UXPROD that we know about?  (Examples: GDPR, reporting, etc.)
