Reading Room Workflow - Giessen University Library

Status Quo: Giessen University Library uses the reading room circulation for items of a special loan type called "reading room only", which in this case are mainly items from closed stacks or interlibrary loans from other libraries. The reading room has its own service point and is set up as pick-up service point for requests.

There are two slightly different workflows.
