When editing a notice template, I cannot save because "A patron notice with this name already exists"

Overview: I went to edit a notice, but FOLIO would not let me save it, because "A patron notice with this name already exists" (see screenshot). But I was not duplicating (cloning) the notice, but editing it. So the name should be allowed to stay the same.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into Nolana bugfest

2. Create a new patron notice, then save.

3. Go back to edit the patron notice

4. Change something in the body

Expected Results:
The Save&close button lights up, and I can save my changes.

Actual Results:
The error message "A patron notice with this name already exists" appears under the template name, and I cannot make any edits.

Additional Information:

• I can reproduce in Snapshot.

• I beleive this is related to ** "Something went wrong" message when actioning on patron notice templates, because, when I did happen to enter the Edit page without having had to refresh the page to get their, then this issue did not happpen.
