"Something went wrong" message when actioning on patron notice templates

Description

Overview: When I go to add a new patron notice template, or edit an existing template, or duplicate an existing template, I get the message "Something went wrong"

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into: https://bugfest-nolana.int.aws.folio.org/

  2. Go to Settings >> Circulation >> Patron notice templates >> + New

Expected Results:
The edit view of the new template should open.

Actual Results: "Something went wrong" message (see screenshot)

Additional Information:

  • When I refresh the browser tab, the edit view appears.
    That was right at the beginning. Now refreshing doesn't seem to work reliably.

  • I can replicate in Snapshot.

I confirm that this issue has been fixed in Nolana bugfest.

, the root cause was documented in STRIPES-832 and a fix published in stripes-template-editor release 3.1.1. This story can be closed as a duplicate.

Hello   How i understood bugs ( https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UICIRC-868, https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UICIRC-869, https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/STRIPES-832 ) was fixed in scope of https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/STRIPES-832 and we don't have code changes for release in module ui-circulation. Could you please clarify can we move https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UICIRC-868 and https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UICIRC-869 to STRIPES? Could you please correct me if i am wrong?
