When editing a Fixed due date schedules, I cannot save because "Please enter a unique name." error

Overview: I went to edit a Fixed due date schedule, but FOLIO would not let me save it, because "Please enter a unique name." error (see screenshot). But I was not duplicating (cloning) the notice, but editing it. So the name should be allowed to stay the same.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into Nolana bugfest

2. Create a Fixed due date schedule, then save.

3. Go back to edit the Fixed due date schedule

4. Refresh the page and click somewhere on inactive area

Expected Results:
The Save&close button lights up, and I can save my changes.

Actual Results:
The error message "Please enter a unique name." appears under the template name, and I cannot make any edits.
