Claiming | The Claiming app enables staff users to identify ordered materials that have not arrived by their expected dates, and generate files in EDI and/or CSV format to send to vendors to process those claims. Claiming shares APIs with Receiving and uses Export Manager to handle file generation and output. | Claiming differs from Receiving in that the underlying APIs retrieve receiving pieces rather than receiving titles, thus necessitating a separate UI. | @Joseph Reimers |
